Wedgelock Australia Pty Limited’s warehouse, based in Yatala, QLD, needs a versatile Office Administrator/Business Support person to join our close knit team.

About the role:

This full-time role would suit someone adaptable,energetic and keen to learn. You’ll be working within a small but growing team.You will need to provide the business with day-to-day administrative support plusensure the smooth running of the office and warehouse. Your day will be superbusy and filled with juggling multiple tasks, including:

  • Being a key point of contact for clients
  • Overseeing our H&S policies and other compliance policies
  • Reporting and keeping track of inwards correspondence 
  • Assisting with general order processing and invoicing 
  • Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Other general administrative tasks

Our ideal person

  • You will have proven experience working in a similar role ideally     3+ years
  • Will be able to manage your own workflow and     prioritise assigned deliverables
  • You’re confident, self-driven and possess a strong work ethic
  • Highly organised with a strong attention to detail and     accuracy
  • Can take ownership and show initiative
  • Technically savvy with intermediate to advanced Office Suite skills
